We collect authorised account, customer, site, equipment, maintenance and optional photograph information. We use it to operate and secure the service, keep customer records separated, deliver requested support and meet legal obligations.

Records are not sold. They are available only to authorised users and service providers needed to operate the platform. You may request access, correction, export or deletion of eligible personal information and withdraw optional marketing permission.
